Melissa Phillips

Melissa Phillips is the director of digital operations for EmployBridge, the second-largest industrial staffing firm in the United States, with over 450 branches and 12 specialty brands. As part of EmployBridge’s Leading Edge Delivery Group, she is responsible for innovating and introducing new technology to drive growth and service. A mother of two, Melissa is a graduate of Auburn University and resides in Jacksonville, Fla. where she also owns a small photography business.
